Im hoping to go to an academy in London, Woodgreen in two years time, to do a 2 year course in theatre management..

Are the flat prices reasonable? How much would it roughly be?Ive been told Woodgreen isnt exactly the best place in London, but its where the Academy is...

Thanks in advance x*x

  1. well i worked in wood green for years and yes its very dodgy and rough, but u just gotta be aware just like when ur in any other area, dont be worried ull get used to it,it really isnt THAT BAD girl as people make out obviously its not the poshest area, but still,,neways flat prices are cheap they range from 130 to 200 a week for a small studio flat. one piece of advice though, keep your ears open for the ''noel park'' area, thats the backstreets of woodgreen, and not nice at all,try look a little further up from wood green like palmers green or harringey, they are both a ten min walk from wood green, but belive me theyre MUCH nicer areas,gd lk xx
