Help! Gas Leak?

Ok im fixing my mom a cake for her birthday and i think the gas oven leaked a little, what can i do to stop the smell...........

Close the doors, this will help to keep in the gas, light a match, this will help to detect the gas, hope this helps

sorry but is the flame lit  on the pilot light best you just turn it off from the back of stove down by the floor

turn off the gas valve behind your stove and get a mechanic..do not take any chances..the slightest spark will cause an explosion..opens doors and windows and put a fan blowing out

Check to see where is leakage

That means there is one hose that connceted to the oven. Check that hose first. then other possible places that you can see. tight all screws. if it is leaking again. then something wrong with the oven itself and that is not your job to fix it.
