Help! Girlfriend was in Accident - Uninsured Motorist - Help!?

My girlfriend was driving home from work last week, and she was going straight, and she came up to an intersection, the light was still green, and someone doing the other direction did a left hand turn right in front of her, she slammed on her brakes, but still ended up t-boning the kid.

She was stunned for a second, but got out of the car to go over and see if the other people were alright, but they were moving around in the car, and when she walked up, no one was in the drivers seat! She believes the girl was driving, but the boy was trying to say it was him, because the girl had her license suspended for being in 3 accidents already.

The cops ended up giving a ticket to the guy, even though we think the girl was driving. I know that intersection has cameras so I am hoping I can get the videos, but I have no idea who to contact or if they can release it.

1. Get a copy of the police report...........

2. Ask the police if you can either get a copy of the video or have your insurance ask for it.

3. if the car drive okay as you have stated you will need to go  to your small claims court and file against the driver.

4. Dont forget the pictures.

5. Dont forget to get (2) estimates for the repairs.
