On my way back from Montreal to Toronto. I was travelling on

AUTO-20 and the speed changed from 100mph to 70mph, but I didn't realised it and got fined $125 and 2 points on my licence. I have never had a ticket before, what do I do. How many point is assigned to a full CAN license. Thanks

  1. Help, what do I do?!?  Just pay it.  It's not a big deal.

You may get up to 15 points before your license is suspended.  The points will stay on your record for 2 years.

  2. all you can do is pay or go to court but good luck

  3. Read the back of the ticket, It spells out your options

Do the option that suits you

Do not ignore it, that is not an option.

  4. Really? You were doing 100 mph? That's 162 km/hr. I'm surprised you only got a speeding ticket and not arrested.

As for what to do, well, pay the blessed thing and, next time, pay attention to the speed limit. If you do 100 mph again, you will get another ticket.
