Yes,it is purely latin, as Cpinatzi said, and it means...'I sing alone"!

it's latin and 'solus' means alone...don't know what conto means but the fact that the modern italian verb for it is cantare then conto seems likely to mean 'sing'

Does it have to do with food?Because if it does maybe it's the kind of grilled meat they serve in Greece,konto souvli.

It probably means what you said but it isn't in Greek. It is in some Romance language (Latin, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese etc).
