Help !!! Have to train tonight..

I broke my toe about 2 months ago and just started training muay Thai again and am fighting in 3 weeks. My toes are absoluetly killing me. I can hardly walk today. Someone stood on them last night at training. What can I do about this? I work shift work and dont have a day off till next week can I get a numbing needle or something?

  1. Ice, elevation, and strap your toes like there is no tomorrow!  Also, keep your shoes on for as long as possible.  They support and provide pressure for broken toes to keep swelling down.  

    Try to get some codeine or ibuprofen tablets.  


  2. Well if your not going to see a doctor, I suggest that you put it into something cold.

    That is what sport professionals would tell you to do.

    Look up on line about how to treat sport injuries, it doesn't involve drugs.

  3. You should go to the doctor. If not just watch the House epsidode with the girl in the artic...all of that pain and suffering because of a broken toe.

  4. U need to rest your feet to let them heal properly or you'll always have problems. Use thermal compressive socks to provide support & protect them from further injury as u train.
