I looked this up. There are an awful lot of sites with variations on the name Fan Box. Which one are you on?  In any case, almost all these places have a little box somewhere telling you how to unsubscribe. Also, if you get email from this site there is very likely a little 'unsubscribe' note at the bottom of the email.
