Help! How can i kill a Wisteria vine ? Its out of control!?

If you want to kill the whole thing use round up.  If it is around other ornamental plants that you want to keep you can use a paint brush and apply it to the leaves instead of spraying it.

Try a solution of pickling vinegar and lemon juice if you want to take a route that is not chemical (sprayed on all foliage), but on the other hand if you don't mind the chemicals round up would be the right choice applied as the other contributor stated.

You can use a Yates product called Woody Weedkiller to kill wisteria. Paint this on in concentrate form onto the fresh cuts. You can also spray it on but be careful of spray drift. You should also note that the weedkiller stays active in the soil for up to 6 weeks.

send it to me. hehehe we don't have wisteria here in my country and i just love it ever since i watched "desperate housewives"... and if you can't send it over which ofcourse you can't, then just pull it out of the ground or trim it instead.

extreme heating. pouring hot water or burning it might work. Have you tried it already?....z....
