Help! How do I decorate a picture nicely on paint?

I am decorating my cousins picture for her birthday, but how do I make it look nice on paint? (the program that comes with the computer)

The buildt-in Paint isn't the most advanced piece of software.

Try downloading Paint.net instead.

Paint will definitely not do the trick. Try giving Paint.NET a try, it's free as well, but provides layering abilities.

Paint won't do anything that great. Use this website.

www.picnik.com It's for editing pictures and its REALLY REALLY easy. You don't have to install anything and its completely free. If your new to photo editing just follow these steps

Click Get started now.

Go to the Photos tab and upload the picture u want

Go to Create and just choose one of the effects on there.

You can also write stuff by clicking on the Text tab under Create

and just play around - this site is truly great.

look at the colors and syn on it and put them around the picture you have on it so it makes it look prettier :) .
