Help! How do I get my upper and lower toolbars back?

I have a problem in Windows Explorer and I don't know how to fix it. I am sure that there is a simple solution. I would appreciate some help.

Okay, so I am not a whiz. Maybe some geek might even find this funny. I don't mind being the brunt of your jokes. I'll tolerate anything (within reason) just to get my problem solved.

I must have bump some key and now the upper and lower toolbars in Window Explorer are hidden. Of course I can get them to reappear when I move the cursor to the top. But this isn't what I want.

Please help me.

Right click in the middle of the page and un-check "Full Screen".

Press F11
