Hi I'm Foreigner and i order Iphone from one company in UK,

Previously i order cheap Iphone from Internet, I contact them via email and I get their respond.

I transfer the money via money gram to their accountant, and after they received the money they told me that the order cant be less than 3 and i believe so i go with it.

i pay for 2 more. so i pay total of 3

then they trick me again with the invoice written with 5 iphone,

and they said the order cant be shipped out without the full payment and i have credit them 2 iphone.

after long email and chatting and some phone calling i believed them again.

i pay for 2 again, now i have pay total of 5

And now they said the Manager told them the MOQ is 10

and i cant do refund

if i want to have the iphone i must complete 10 payment.

Anyone can give me suggestion about this problem?

Im really have give them all my savings.

I believe them but they trick me like this.

They said their company name is Quick act ltd

  1. sounds like you have been scammed, sorry but never part with money unless you are absolutely certain, and if you only wanted one, why did you agree to go with the instructions to buy more than one. Have you tried doing a web search on this company.

people have already given you the info on another post you put, because i just did a google search and your question came up.

but he is the info again

  2. This is a scam I suggest you go to http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/ which is the Government office of fair trading in the U.K. on the right hand side of the page you will see a green column for consumer issues click on the 'report a scam' link. Give them the name and address of the Company, the dates you ordered your first phone, payment sent, their requests for more money etc. Try to be factual and not emotional. This office does very good work. Good luck.

  3. Looks like you have been scammed my friend.

Take legal avdvice as soon as possible but do not pay them any more money
