Help How to get rid of Fleas in my rental house HELP

I have a rental house that house fleas, tenants are gone have to evict so the house is empty i have 2 bedroom house one bedroom has carpet just put in last year with new pad ( thought about tare it up but its not in my budget) the other bedroom and living-room has real hardwood floors. bathroom kitchen and hall has title

also i dont have any air condintoer because someone stole the copper out of the cental air unit.

I have set of bombs, had a pro come spray , i have sprayed and vacuum like crazy , done the salt thing and nothing works Any help would be greatly appreciate. I need something that is going to work i am running out of money quick ...

Did the pro offer a guarantee?  I'd call him first.

Adams fogger, you will need to do this 2 times at least 4/5 days apart..it would help if you could find something with flea birth control in it, this will stop the eggs from hatching..

We had a flea infestation in our dog pen and this is the only thing that we found would stop the problem completely. I found mine at a farm supply store, also anywhere that sells vetinary supplies.
