Help!! How to get this strawberry smell out of my car!?!?

My husband took my car to the car wash yesterday and had the guy spray this strawberry scent in it. The stuff is SO STRONG that I can't drive it for longer than 5 minutes without choking! I've tried leaving the windows open and driving it around, but that hasn't really helped.

Any ideas?!!!

Febreeze?

It may be a spray that's on all the hard surfaces in the car now. Try wiping the dashboard and steering wheel and doors, and other such parts with some kind of cleaner (I'd probably use windex) and then spray the upholstery with Febreeze and leave the windows open overnight. In the morning, vacuum the upholstery to get some of the smell out.

*If you don't have any Febreeze, you can DIY. I made my own by putting a couple of spoonfuls of baking soda and a dryer sheet (or some fabric softener) in a big bowl of water and microwaving it for a couple minutes then stirring it around. Then I put the mixture into a spray bottle (use a funnel) and now I have super cheap good smelling spray!

go to wal-mart buy some of the new car little tree scent that will take it away. and leave the windows open for a long time.
