I'm a 16 y/old guy who's kinda gaining weight on the belly and the face....I see all the other guys having sharp feautures, which I kinda did have before I gained all this weigh..(I'm not obese or fat or chubby), I just gained a little weight and I need to gain muscle..Well my question is if I work out eat right will I get sharper features?..I mean girl loose weight and their cheeck bones stand out and the features look better...is this the same for guys?..thanks
