I've been doing them all through highschool, and last year I won my conference meet but this year it seems like I can't even get over them or three step. My coach doesn't help us out at all because he knows nothing about them, and we have no workouts or anything. I just need help to get back to where I was before. I just need help finding out workouts or drills that I can do to get back to where I was before and become better at doing them. Please help :)
