Help! I'm having problems with my ZUNE!!!!

Whenever I go to the Zune marketplace and plug in my Zune it says"No Zune connected", and my zune says its charging!

AND my COMPUTER recognizes my zune but the marketplace says "no Zune connected"!

I've tried the following things.

1:plugging it into different USB ports.

2:Reinstalling Zune market place.

PLEASE!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

this is URGENT!

  1. Reset the Zune then restart the computer.


  2. i had the same problem, but i couldent find the answer... it just fixed itself all-of-a-suddun...
