Help! I'm having trouble sleeping!?

Usually when school starts I can't ever fall to sleep during the night. I always wake up around 5:30AM very tired. I was wondering if anyone knew any sleeping techniques to fall to sleep. If you do please tell me:)

  1. b12 works good, it helps with releasing melatonin(something our body needs to fall asleep) Also, try to relax before bed time,


  2. i just lay there being still and quickly fall asleep at ANY drug store they have melatonin  an over the counter sleep aid

  3. Hi dear friend, if u want to sleep well, try not to go to bed until you're tierd! sometimes i have the same problem so i do some hard excersises 2 hours before bed time and drink a glass of milk coz milk realy helps in resting.

    another very helpful thing is using the lavendar oil vaporizer or putting the lavender flower dried leaves under your pillow..

    scientifically this way was approved as a very effective way.

  4. well how i fall asleep is warming up tea then drink it then that relaxes me so i fall a sleep
