Help I'm really Stressed!?

Hey,

Lately I've bin REALLY stressed since schools starting soon, ect. I'm also not able to fall asleep because I worry about things. I need ways or strategies to help me relax. I already tryed Yoga and It doesn't work. *10 pts* - Thanks :)

  1. A fast paced work out with "extreme" music and then a hot bath with lavender scented candles helps calm me down.  


  2. orgasming relaxes you, if you'd believe it. it relieves stress, and is healthy.. so if you're alone, you could always try pleasing yourself..

  3. You can try doing some cardio for about a half hour. You can even try to eat some bananas and cut back on the fried foods. They both reduce stress.  

  4. Before bed try a warm bath and drink warm milk. If that doesnt help you sleep, try an over the counter sleep aid for a couple of nights to get you back into a regular sleep pattern.
