Help! I'm so nervous!!?

I have volleyball tryouts starting tuesday. I am kinda nervous about them! I'm not a bad player and i know the coach and apparently she likes what she sees in me but I'm still nervous! What can i do 2 not b so nervous?

  1. play your game..free your mind..its normal to be nervous..but don't be too nervous such that it affects your game performance..just be relaxed and cool..play your normal game and what ever happens, its not the end of the world..be positive and i must say you must be some player if the coach likes what she sees in you ye know................... good luck


  2. First of all, stretch everyday before and maybe even after tryouts. Then, do jump rope or ski jumps to help with your vertical. Eat bananas to get rid of cramps, and drink a lot of water. Also, feel good about yourself, and never say "I can't." Finally, before tryouts, practice a little bit with a friend or family member. You can practice serving, setting, spiking, blocking, digging, and passing. If you do this, then hopefully you will feel more confident and not as nervous. Good luck!
