Help! I'm starting my own business?

I don't know where to start gathering info! I need to know how to go about paying staff,how to register my business,what do I do first? I have the idea,rouigh idea of start up costs and a premises in mind-everything else is unknown!

well if your cash is low simply buy a building for sale or if its high buy your own land buy it from the city they should give u details on how 2 start everything and the staff put it at below miminum wage or just miminum wage get a good feel for the buissness and later higher the wage or lower it if u want 2
