Help =( I've lost my PIN & My PUK & I don't talk Croatian?

Question

I've got a VIP sim, I think it's just Vodafone... it say's Vodafone everywhere on the phone but it's Croatian... I'm ok because the phone is in English... but I've lost the PIN number on that card you get with the Sim card attached... :| & The PUK is on there as well or I'd just block it then reset it... but I can't ask for the PUK because I can't talk A WORD of Croatian is there some way to rest it or do I just have to try & ask them all in the help number if they speak English... ?

I would be heavily surprised if operator's support service cannot offer you assistance in English.
