  1. Calm down! Sleeping with your lenses in is perfectly safe, but is not recommended by most doctors because it increases your chance of infection. My doctor recommends that I take them out atleast once a week and clean them. Other than that, it's safe to sleep with your lenses in.

  2. Yes, the eys has been deprived of oxygen. And it is very dry after long hrs of wearing. Try not to sleep with lenses. it is bad for the eyes.

  3. You'll be fine. My fiance does it sometimes when he's just too tired and forgets. Nothing to worry about, just don't make it a habit! :)

  4. It's okay. I sleep with my contacts in whenever I have a long day. There's nothing to worry about, but don't do it to often.

  5. It's perfectly fine, and you did the right thing by taking them out when you realized what had happened. I asked my doctor about it (I'm pretty forgetful) and she told me just to try not to do it very often.. and to do exactly what you did when I wake up in the morning.

  6. I think you will be fine, i think your not suppose to leave your contacts in so that your eyes can get some air. If you are really worried wear your glasses tonight.

  7. A lot of contacts are made to sleep in they're called extended wear lenses. I have those and I sleep in them all the time. Even the regular ones are somewhat made to be safe in case you do, so don't worry about it.

  8. you'll be fine

  9. they will be fine, just make sure they don't dry out.
