I do taekwondo and I'm yellow belt, is there anything at home I can use to train kicks

  1. You could get some Resistance Power Tubes and put one hand on a wall and do a side kick with it on your foot. If you do that about 40 times per day each leg you will notice a difference with in a week, but make sure that when you are kicking you are not just kicking belt level. You want to make sure that you are aiming more for head level otherwise you won't improve. This exercise will also help in strengthening your kicks as well. Also to help with kick accuracy sit-ups and core training will also help. One last thing is to also work on getting your splits down all three of them left, right and middle splits. Your left and right splits help with your front kicks and your middle splits help with your round kicks and side kicks. Hope this gives you some ideas.


  2. Maybe find a as training partner. Have him use pillows.
