Help I am havin itching on my growin area. Why?!

Help like mk listen, for the past week mainly when either it's hot or at night, where the creases are connecting my thighs and my p***s all t******l area it itches alot and is like red, also the side of the testicals the top of the p***s and underneath the testicals. I'm not to sure what this could be. I shave down there but it's been about a week since I did that. I put medicated itch powder on it and it stops. I wanna go to the doc but I also wanna see if you all have had the same probs before I may waist time.

sounds like jock itch.  i'd keep trying the powder, or some jock itch creme.  also, after you shower and get totally dry, put some baby powder there.  and, if you wear tighty whities, I'd suggest boxer briefs or boxers so you get some air flowing down there.

Most itches ‘down there’ are the result of fungal infections like 'jock itch'. Most fungal infections are caused by moisture… especially sweat.

The key is to keep the area dry.... make sure you always dry yourself properly after you bathe.

Go to a chemist or drug store... they will help you out with a cream to get rid of it.

Wear underwear made out of absorbent natural fibres such as cotton and avoid wearing man-made fibres such as Lycra, or nylon, or elastane.

Never wear underwear to bed and preferably sleep naked.

If you are already itchy 'down there' shaving can be the worst thing to do. Hair actually helps air circulation so shaving it off will make you even moister.

ps Sleeping naked is not essential but it's good for you in HEAPS of ways :)
