I am looking for a book where there are quarter sized pictures of emotions, animals, chores... that i can pop out and use them as a craft project.

Try going to local cheapy shops "warehouse shop", "Factory shop" or woolworthes.,...they often sell colouring books that are cheap and you can photocopy or just cut out the pages you need.
