  1. get some wood...maybe a couple of screws...a little bit of carpet to cover the bunkers...there you go

    a rack in the bed

  2. If this is for launching it, I recommend that you do not try to ramp launch a full stand down personal watercraft in the boat of your truck.

There are two important reasons why:

First, it is VERY difficult to get the PWC on the truckbed given the limited amount of distance you can back into the water.  People that use trailers do not usually have to put the gearcase 100% into the water.  Somewhat exposed to the water does not cause problems, fully submerged however can.

Second, (from personal family experience) it can cause serious problems with the electronic speedometer sensor put in the rear axle of your truck.  If this gets messed up, (depending on the vehicle) has a possibility of causing problems with the transmission.

My father had to have his transmission rebuilt on his 1992 Ford 150 truck because he "truckbed" launched and stored his standup jet ski on his truckbed.  Even after he replaced the sensor twice and recognized the problem early, it still required a rebuild.  After the rebuild he quickly bought a trailer for it.

Doing this also could potentially get water to leak into your axle gearcase and do serious damage to your bearings over time.

In short, don't risk having to pay expensive repair bills for your vehicle's drive system, buy a trailer for your personal watercraft.
