Did I eat Enough And Healthy? Oh and I woke up late today at 12:30am!
Breakfast: A little ragotoni (pasta) with a little tuna and like a dab of LIGHT mayo but you cant even see or taste the mayo
Lunch: Just a little hot chips! About 20 small hot chips
Dinner: Chicken Sandwhich with bread (one whole one is 138 cal.) with 2-3 small squares of chicken, pickles, onions, a little garlic spread and parsley. I also had a cup of Orange Juice to go with it
Snack: Grapes and a cup of Orange Juice

- Did I eat healthy today?
- Did I eat Enough?
- AROUND how many calories did I eat today! (If you dont know how much calories I ate say "you ate around 800-1000 calories" or something. Make A Range!
