I'm pretty slim, but over the past 2 weeks I have been getting really hungry and eating like crazy. I've put on 7 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm scared I'm going to get fat. I'm not eating because I'm bored, I actually feel hungry and my stomach keeps rumbling. How can I stop myself?

  1. Make sure you are getting enough calories and are eating healthy...then exercise some self control and don't eat when you don't need food.

If this hunger appeared without a trigger you are aware of, and continues,  you may want to see your doctor to figure out what has changed in your body.

Become more active also, to combat the hunger and the opportunity to eat...try drinking a tall glass of water when you feel hunger, as that will help your belly feel full (and if thirst is the actual cause, it will alleviate it).

  2. Add 1 gallon of water to your diet per day.

Add 15 grams dietary fiber to your diet perday..Pysillium Husk, and Flax are best.

Eat a well balanced meal of Protein Carbs and fats..

    50/30/20

50% of your calories from protein

    30% from carbs

    20% from Fats....

Eat 6-7 meals a day that are between 300-400 calories each.

Eat Oatmeal first meal of the day.. with 1 egg and orange juice.

    This should help

If this does not help..Go to doc and get checked out for Worms...

    GOOD LUCK

  3. seems like you are eating to fill a void. Has there been any recent changes in your life? Are you under pressure or stress? Try to figure out what has changed in your life in the past 2 weeks. Once you fix that, the rest will fall into place.
