Help! I can't write an essay! Can someone help?

Question

This 600 word essay is for my Communication design class.

The class topic of investigation is "The social politics of (involved in) a design studio workflow". In summary: how people can best work together efficiently and effectively in a creative design studio environment.

& link the essay to my chosen topic:

Emotional Intelligence or social intelligence

How do I do this essay? What should I talk about in each paragraph? Can someone give me a guide of how to do this essay? I think this is hard (as English is not my 1st language + I'm not smart...)

Well, you could mention that people have to know each other's strengths and use them effectively together in order to get the design studio running. People who are good with sound effects should stick with doing sound effects and not try something else.

You could also mention that all the workers need to know that they are working for the benefits of the whole studio and not just for their own personal benefits.
