Okay, usually during the school year i go to bed around 9:30-10:00. so I'm trying to fall asleep around then to get used to sleep early and i cant fall asleep until 12:00-1:00-2:00. what can i do to fall asleep easier? I'm trying not to take medicane but if i absolutely have to i will. Oh and i have to wake up at 6:30 the bus comes at 7:30. It's wierd but i have to get excatly 8 or more hours of sleep no more no less or i will be the grumpiest person ever. lol. its not like i can help it. lol.
