  1. you can recover deleted files from recycle bin only and only if nothing has been overwritten on the same cluster in the harddrive.

their are lot of tools like ntfs reovery etc, the one i use is simplest and small,  go to this site download the tool,   open it it will ask to extract , you can extract it to desktop if you want,  read the readme files, run restoration tool , it will ask you to search the deleted files in the drive , if you find it restore it.

    file no# 36

    Recover and Restore Deleted Files

    on the left pane.

  2. i did that &+ got peed off a bit.

  3. if you deleted it out of the recycle bin then you cant get it back

well at least from my experience

  4. To fix this you must have purchased special software... Unfortunately for you it is too late. Sorry, you must have purchased it before this happened. The program backs up the hard drive and you can restore anything you deleted. Though this info is useless to you as it is now.. I am very sorry for you..

  5. I don't know if this will work but you can try to preform a "System Restore"... it will only work if u have set a restore point for the computer to set back to

  6. If u have deleted it from recycle bin also then it can't be regained

  7. Dont worry at all !!!! You can get it back !!!!

Go to google and sownload a software "Undelete Plus"(Its free).

Scan the drive you've deleted the file from ... and you'll get it back.

Even if you have deleted it permanently.

  8. File recovery software. When you delete files from your computer, it just changes the file name so the computer knows it can be rewritten. It's still there, but the more you use your computer, the greater the chance the files you want will be gone.

  9. Unfortunately there is no way of getting that file back as far as i know the only way is to have the police re-scratch the HARDDRIVE disk
