Help! I didn't notify my college of Cal Grant yet!

My college's financial statement has already came out. All the loans and how much money I'm getting from each is already listed. But I forgot about Cal Grant and didn't notify UCLA about it. And I'm starting school in 1 1/2 month! Is it too late? What will happen?
