Its an interview to be a trainer and I basically have to show I can deliver material. The topic is irrelevant. I used to train people years ago so bit rusty on delivering presentations. Any ideas please???

  1. Bring a stool or short stepladder and train on how to climb it. You know "Once your left foot is firm and solid on the floor in front of the ladder, you can begin the actual climb by placing your right foot onto the first rung. It's a good idea to choose placement of the foot just to the right of center (for the right foot). Placing the toe just off of the forward edge of the rung, the ball of the foot should be on the rung with the arch centered over it. Set the foot flat onto the first step and make sure that it is comfortably and safely on the rung. . ."

Or just pick something really mundane and break it down into as many steps as you can, then really draw it out, playing on the safety aspects as well as due dilligence (making sure it is done properly).

  2. Pick something you are interested in e.g. your hobby?

there is nothing worse than listening to a presentation where the deliever is more bored by the subject than you are.

    Passion is the key.

  3. Maybe a safety demonstration on what to do if there was a fire in the work place or what stepsa to follow if you were being robbed. Just ideas.

  4. Well, what sports do you play? say you play soccer. do some cool moves. just an idea : )
