Question

I have a craig 512 mb mp3 player model number cmp1400c and i can not get my music on to it. I am running windows xp w/ service pack 2 and media player 11. when i hook the mp3 player up to the computer the screen on the mp3 player says ready. my computer shows two removeable hard drives E & F. when i try to put the music on E it says needs to be formatted. When i try F it says to insert disc. Help me please.
