Help...I have a zit on the middle of my forehead?

and it really hurts but when I squeezed it, it just bled on me anyone have any tips?

Put some peroxide on it and dab on some calomine lotion to dry it up.

For this you can do is

1: Use a facial steamer to ease the pimple down and to kill any bacteria

2: Use an ice cube wrapped in a cloth in an on and off motion on your pimple. Try not to pop it otherwise the blood will leave a blemish on your skin.

3: If a blemish has appeared after the spot use tea tree oil.

4: Apply an egg white on the pimple.

You should dab Neosporin on it or else it'll scar.

Make sure you wash it first though or all that puss & etc will spread & cause more pimples.

Avoid picking or popping pimples, can cause permanent scarring.

get a tissue... and put a lil pressure on it for awhile..

OMG never pop it again!!!!

It will get infected & spread even more.

Just use witch hazel to soothe it.

Or lucas pawpaw ointment.

Apply a damp cotton ball to the zit.

If handy, apply some peroxide to it, leave on for like 2 mins.

It will burn at first, but that's ok.

Oh and here's a little tip.

Don't EVER pick at your pimples, unless you want a nasty scar, for people to know you've had zit in the first place.

The best you can do is leave it alone, or use a acne product or medication to sooth it.

toothpaste will help dry it if you don't have anything else to treat it with in terms of OXY or other zit meds.

i think you might be right when you said you might not have got it all. if you pooped it a few days ago it should have gone down by now if you had got it all. sometimes if you squeeze a pimple to pop it before it is properly ready (this is very hard to tell because it might be a whitehead and still not be ready) then you can push some of the bacteria the mixes with the oil to cause puss and other nasty stuff deeper into the skin. in this case the only thing you can do is wait unfortunately but these things will help...

if you use and antibacterial wash on it, you can hold it on the pimple with a cotton wool thingy or mix it with water and slash it on. i recommend the first but make sure that if it says to dilute it you do so because it could aggravate it if you dont which is not what you want. also apply ice to it to ease the pain and redness and also the cold will help kill any remaining bacteria. next i would apply something like a pimple clearing cream because that will bring anything to the surface thats still left or make it disappear if you've got it all. then apply an anti scarring cream

hope this helped and remember to maybe give it an extra day next time to make sure that everything has risen to the surface and is ready to be popped, you can use a pimple clearing cream to speed this up.
