Help!!!! I have aquired a mp3 player by Delstar it was found and all i have is the player itself.

Question

I have aquired a mp3 player by Delstar it was found and all i have is the player itself. It is the first one i have ever had and i dont know how to get it to work. I have erased all the songs that were on it and it plays fine but how do i put my songs on it for my enjoyment? I mean all i have is the player. So if you can help please do so. i am trying to put songs on it for my 14 year oldthat he likes and for me too.
