Help! I haven't got my student finance?

Question

I did everything right, everything was handed in before the deadline.

But i havnt had any info back, not one letter.

Ive had my dad ring them soo many times, and all they say is that ther busy.

Prob is im leaving in 11 days, and i need the money for my college payments and for housing.

What sud i do?

Any one going thru the same??

You dont get your loan till you are at your uni and registered. You should have had a confirmation letter though. Everytime I have called them they have been very helpful so you should try calling them again if not on there website you can chat to an advisor online.

the uni get there money directly

you get your loan sporadically as an when they see fit

stop letting your dad call and call every hour yourself....

Log onto student finance and all your details will be there and you'll known the amount your getting. First payment will not be made until you have signed the register at enrolment and usually goes in up to five days later.

are you calling student finance direct or your local education authority?

in doubt call both! your local authority checks the application making sure all the info is there and when accepted they will forward it to student finance direct. If you have not received a letter your ART id then it probably is still at the LEA.
