i am disable and have no chance of ever making my mouthly income higher.i know that there are grants out there that will pay 100% of all cost to turn your home totally green.i'm having troble finding help.i'm legaly blind do to having multiple sclerosis.so again this makes it hard to fid what i need.ther e are so many scames out there,they make it hard to find the grants that so many people know about and the many of us that dont.it was tv that told me to go about it this way.if anyone knows how to go about finding them.please i would love the help..thank you

If I were in your place, I would call the Public Library and/or The Independent Living center.  The Library is often very helpful with this type of question.  You could also send an e-mail to GreenPeace.com
