Help! I live in CANADA

Help! I live in CANADA and accidentally clicked the PAL switch on with my remote control the home theater system model DVA - 8700 set-up and now I can here the sound but I can't see anything to find my way back to this screen and click the NTSC back on. I've tried to 'blindly' click through the correct sequence with the remote control to no avail. Any suggestions how I can make this usable again?Thanks
