That & I also need info on prices 4 studio apartments... u know, the ones with 1 room & a bathroom. Is the price of electricity included on rent in most Parisian apartments? This trip iz kind of far off but I really need general estimates so I can find out how much $$$$ we r going 2 need. So if u have any info plz plz plz let me know!!!!

  2. Hello from Paris,

Depending on when and where you are flying from to Paris, the price varies, but I would budget $700 round trip.

Get an "orange card" Metro pass, it is the most economical, 53.50 Euro per month. about $64.00. This will get you everywhere around Paris. You don't want to drive here if you can help it. Traffic is awful.

Price for studio apartment well located, safe nice area approximately 600 Euro a month, at least I can find that for you.

Most furnished temporary apartments have a fee of approximately 50 Euro a month for gas, elec, water.

When you're ready write me at wendy@parisprelude.com and I will help you. I live here, American married to Frenchy and work in the travel business.

I don't book studios for a living but i find them all the time for freinds and family visiting and happy to help you. I know where all the starbucks are located :0)

Dining out is expensive but if you cook at home and go grocery shopping, count on about 120 Euro a week.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards, Wendy
