Help! I need a dessert idea for tomorrow night???!!!

I'm going to a family get together tomorrow night and I volunteered to bring a dessert and a appetizer. I have my appetizer figured out but not my dessert. I had planned to bake a bundt cake (strawberry) and drizzle icing on the top but my husband said he didn't want cake he wanted something else. I'm not very good at baking so does anyone have any ideas? Something easy and good! Thanks!

^^ our hero ;] hope u find something you like, good luck!

I found this low fat raspberry bar type thing on the link above. I made it and it is fabulous!! i would highly roccomend it to you because it was easy and requires no baking.

  2. This is easy (but everyone will think that you spent hours making it) and so good  http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula... (double the glaze and strawberries that the recipe calls for)

  3. My personal non-cake favorite is banana pudding (instant pudding, sliced banana and nilla wafers). To keep the bananas from browning make it close to when you are leaving and keep it refrigerated until you leave.

  4. chocolate souffle very easy, http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/che...

creme caramel, very easy and light

chocolate bread and butter pudding is the best! has a many ingredients but not all essential, very easy to make

    hope this helps.

  5. You could make brownies, jello, pudding, or cookies. Just make something everyone likes.

  6. Do you like Lemon Bars?  Maybe you can make a couple different desserts...try this Lemon Bar recipe from RecipeMatcher (www.recipematcher.com):

  7. is it summer where you are?

if so, get some fresh berries - strawberries are best, meringue nests & cream.

    chop up the strawberries roughly.

beat the cream but not too solid.

    break up the meringue.

    mix & serve in glasses.

if it's not berry season, make vanilla-bean cheesecake & get some frozen berries to make a sauce.

    or, lemon meringue pie.

    or, tiramisu.

    or, hot sticky-date pudding.

  8. You could make a pie, cookies, brownies, ice cream, pudding (bread pudding) I guess that's all I can think of.
