Help! I need a good story idea!?

i feel like writing a story.. but i'm having a writers block, and i cant think of what to write about. does anyone have any ideas of a plot line and characters?

a girl is 14 and she really really likes this guy but he's a total jock& he is totally hot and she's into sports to but different sports he likes football and baseball she loves to swim and play volleyball. they don't have any classes together but she has seen him around school a lot.

these two girl have been friends since the 4th grade. Carrie loves doing hair and makeup and is totally pretty . Andrea loves sports and can't get out of the water long enough do do her hair. what happens when these two girl switch lives/ view when a guy get between them

Try looking through your own experiences and dramatise them to make a novel. a lot of writers do a lot of travelling before they can write a novel to get inspiration. work with what you have already been through or something that may have happened to a friend

I'm having writers block myself, its so irritating!

I suggest you think about what genre you'd like to pursue first, romance? thriller? crime? and so on and so forth!

when you come to a decision about what genre, then thoughts come slowly tumbling into your head, play about a few ideas then develop the ones that seem more...interesting.

What normally works for me is to think about what genre and what plot lines you like to read most, then you'll have an idea what sort of story you could get used to writing.

Also, patience. Brilliance isn't achieved overnight :)
