Help! I need a substitute workout! Suggestions, please!?

I normally walk on the treadmill at a brisk pace while rotating my torso for 30 minutes.

But, I have a blister on my left heel so it really hurts to walk (or do anything) with shoes on. I tried putting on my softball socks to work out, but my heel still really hurt.

Is there any sort of workout that is equivilant to my treadmill workout that I can do for 30 minutes without wearing shoes? (and no, I'm not doing the treadmill barefoot).

  2. Cross trainer. Its like the treadmill but your feet are constantly stuck on the machine. In other words u wont move your feet (just ur legs) so u wont feel any pain.
