Question:

Help I need some encouragment or advice!?

Okay so today was my first day of swim practice (at 4:45 in the morning!) so I'm exahausted and completely stressed. I have had 5 hours of homework for the last 3 nights and I feel like my brain is going to explode and I have a ton of tests that I need to study for (I am taking 4 college classes and this is my junior year so thats why homework is so crazy) and I have to wake up in 8 hours.. Lovely. Any advice or words of encouragement? Thanks

  1. Ah I'm tired too! I had to help my mom with my screaming siblings since 5am (6 of them ages 4 months-9 years and not sure which is worse). Then I have to get up tomorrow at 6:00am to watch the kids BY MYSELF while my parents are at work. Fun lol

    You can do it! Remember that it will pay off. Maybe you will be an Olympic or something. Will you remember me saying this at 12:19 at night? Common! Don't give up now! I think you can, I think you can! If you believe you can suceed. Do you believe? Do ya?

    Okay you're probably getting annoyed but just keep thinking those words in your head! When in doubt, remember the little red engine that could.  


  2. Oh my goodness. I feel for you. I don't know if you do this too. But sometimes, I run to my mom and cry in her arms. I just bawl like a freaking baby. It helps. Gosh, I'm taking, like 3 AP classes and I have tennis practice almost every day.

    Just cry. It helps so much.

  3. If you work hard now, it'll pay off in the end. Think of the good job you'll have and all the money you'll be making when you get older.  

  4. Get as organized as possible so that you can get the worst things out of the way. Catch up on sleep on weekends. I can't think of anything else, try your best, never give up and think positively! good luck!

  6. Tips To Keep You Stay Alert.

    1. drink coffee whenever overstressed

    2. If your feelingsleepy, just slap somecold water on your face

    Other Advice:

    Just Organzie everythign so you have one less thing to stress about, like oh no wheres thatpaper.

    and on weekends, catch upon sleep. sleep in , do what yu need to do . Catch up early on work instead of leaving to last minute
