Help? I need to find the statistic of..

Question

The inmates of Kajang prison. I call their person in charge (after so much of passing the phone to here and there) but they told me.. I need letter for that. I said I want it ASAP and just estimation will be okay. But they still need a letter by which I'm sure will take ages with all the procedure. anyone know where can I find the statistic? really appreciate ur help..
