Ok. He is still breathing. But is it ok if I treat the water later on today. The pet store isnt open and my mom is sleeping. She is going to take my brother home like at one. Can I treat it at like 10:00?

the best treatment would be Indian Almond Leaf extract. (buy the leaves, boil them on a small flame for 3 hrs, pass through a sieve and keep the liquid - cool it and add until the water is brownish.
