Help!!! I purchased a game before I went to Iraq to war called Insaniquarium from Big Fish Games.?

Question

I installed it in my computer and it worked fine, (I purchased the game online). When I returned from the war in Iraq my computer crashed so I tried to install the game from Big Fish Game on yahoo games and I typed my name license number etc.. well it would not let me register it says that the license does not match with the name however I did not make a mistake. I wrote a letter to the seller and they sent me a computer generated letter saying that my case was assigned a number...etc.. this was about six months ago, since I wrote more letter to which, like before I received the same sort of crappy computer generated letters. . These games are expensive, I purchsed more than one and I am having trouble. Can someone shed some light on this problem??? why do the games company get angry when people steal their games but those of us who purchased the games honestly are getting cheated . Does anyone have an idea where I can get this for free.? Sorry for the typo I have a foreign keyboard.

Doubt you can get it for free. Try and calling them up, that always helps me when a problem like this occurs.

i played the game once on real one arcade,and it gave me an hour free trial.  You can buy the game on there,u should try it out all i typed in google was real one arcade.try it out
