Help.! I think my pc has a vrius or spyware.! What should i do?!

Question

Everytime I open my documents or the local drive a window pops out then says that my pc is infected with virus and that it could destroy or corrupt my files.! Then in opens my internet explorer or mozilla firefox then leads me to a online anti virus scanner.!

This is what is says when i open my documents:

"Attention [name]! Some dangerous viruses detected on your system.! Microsoft windows XP files corrupted. This may lead to the destruction of the important files in C:\Windows. Download protection software now.! Click ok to download the anti spyware. (Recommended)."

Then it opens mozilla firefox and goes to this site

also when i opened my pc a while ago it said that some cmos cpu settings have been changed and tells me to put the settings again.! but it also has an option to continue,

So what should i do besides reformating my pc.! Could someone please help? :|

its simple.. download an antispyware. spyware doctor or even windows defender will do. then download avg free edition or norton trial version or mcafee trial version. run it and u will be free!!! oh and change your antivirus.. eset nod32 has a crappy firewall.... the worst i have seen. try trend micro or bitdefender!!

i think you have a big problem, you mean to say that spybot search&destroy unable to solve your problem? ok, den try to install avast 4.8 antivirus home edtion, its a free antivirus from www.avast.com But my main concern is, what if some of your important files in your operating system windows XP already corrupted. There's nothing you can do, but maybe you can still repair it using your windows xp installer. but make sure before you repair your Operating System, you already manage to get rid off to those viruses that hits your pc.

And if you reformat your pc, install windows defender together with spyboy search&destroy...  It will help you to protect your pc.... good luck...

YOU HAVE NO CHOICE LEFT.SOME HACKERS HAVE YOUR COMPUTER AND WANT YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT.DONT DO THIS.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FORMAT YOUR COMPUTER.THATS THE BEST CHOICE YOU HAVE GOT.AFTER FORMATTING INSTAL AVG ANTIVIRUS8 FREE.IT IS THE BEST.TRUST ME
