Can you please give me your opinion on what you would like in a restaurant as far as food and entertainment?

I like to go where there is an ethnic or some type of theme, so Italian or Chinese food for example. I do enjoy a good steak house or seafood place too, so the theme is the key. The theme allows me to know before I get there what my meal might be.

As for entertainment, I only like sports for entertainment. I&#039;ve been to dinner theaters and Karaoke and I avoid those places like the plague.

I recommend you walk around the area where you want to open and see what the area needs, like a place with a salad or bread bar, or a great wine place and try to open that.

I would say think about what you do well or what you love and do that, keep it fresh and simple. I think that rule can go for burgers to bistro dining. Be modern but not gimicky, and have the touch base safe food as well as something for the more adventurous food eaters. As for entertainment- I&#039;d leave that to the pubs and bars and concentrate on getting the food and service right first
