I can't get picture because I don't have a scanner but what would your impression if you a see a asian boy 5 feet and 3.5 inches tall kind of thin, wearing a black cap covering his eyes a bit. A white T shirt with a red zipper vest with a hood over the T shirt. And a blue jeans.

try being a bit more conservative

The hat tells me you're stylish and creative. Not afraid to try new things in your personal dress. The red zip vest with a hood, t-shirt and jeans exudes cool.  

If you have a good haircut to go with that, you're on your way to getting noticed.

If you want to raise your coolness level, you might try a belt with silver studs or a button grey shirt to offset the red in the vest.  Maybe both.

You've made good choices in your wardrobe.  Rock On.
